Base explosive shield resistance used to be 60%. That is why your base shield damage says 60. (40% x 150hp = 60hp) Base armor resistance for explosive damage is 10%. (90% x 150hp = 135hp)

First domi, then kronos. Both use pretty straight forward setups, rails in high, AB, cap, (maybe a webber for kronos) in mids, and rat specific tank plus as many damage mods you can afford in lows.
